SEASP, SouthEast Area Specific Plan, is an important development plan that will have long lasting impacts on the Third District.  The area covered by the plan includes the 2nd & PCH corner, down to the Whole Foods Market center and up to 7th Street, West to Marine Stadium and East through the Wetlands, to Studebaker.   Please see the map below for full details.

SEASP defines how this land can be used, how high buildings can be built, how many residential units are allowed, what types of businesses are permitted, traffic density service levels, number of parking spaces and more.
